Dachtoberfest Food Vendor

Thank you for your interest in being a Dachtoberfest Food Vendor.  Dachtoberfest presented by Diamond Dachshund Rescue will be held on Saturday, November 8, 2025, at the Helotes Festival grounds in Helotes, TX.  To participate as a food vendor, please complete this form.  No payment is due at this time.  Once reviewed, you will receive an email regarding your approval and an invoice for participation.  If you have any questions regarding Dachtoberfest, please email Paula Boyd, Administrative Assistant at paula@ddrtx.org. 

There are two opportunities for Food Vendors to set up. There will be a designated area for food vendor trucks/trailers where the truck/vehicle will be parked. This area has access to electricity.

Permanent structured booths are available that are enclosed on 3 sides on a concrete slab. These have electricity and lighting. Openings are in the back – public walkway is in the front with counter space.

PLEASE NOTE: To provide a better experience for our vendors we will limit the number of vendors and the number of vendors offering the same food.

Deadline: October 15, 2025

There is a separate fee due through the City of Helotes
