because you haven't met ME! I  am happy to meet you, my name is Kai Charles
and here's some stuff you should know about me. When you get home, I am
happy to see you! I'm happy in the morning & I'm also happy in the evening.
I'm very happy at breakfast and at dinner time, too. I'm happy in the car
and I'm happy to walk... even if you need to tug my leash a little bit if I
stop (have you ever sniffed some of the stuff on walks? You'd be amazed and
want to stop, too!). Netflix and chill? I'm a happy dog just sitting next
to you, especially if you share your snacks with me! I'm happy to sleep in
the big bed and I'm happy to sleep in a pen... with a buddy, not alone.
Notice, I said pen, not crate, this pup has his limits. I'm happy at
breakfast and I'm happy at dinn- wait, did I mention that already? As you
can see, I'm a happy camper... whatever that is. My foster mom, though,
thinks I'd benefit from a basic training class, but I don't know what she's
talking about. It's not easy to contain all this happiness.
Honestly, I  can't wait to meet you! It would make me so happy!!

Diamond Dachshund Rescue of Texas is a non-profit 501(c)(3) volunteer organization with focus on rescue and adoption of pure breed Dachshunds.  All dogs are fully vetted and housed on private property.  Meetings are scheduled upon adoption approval.  Thank you for your continued support to the rescue and shelter communities!  Opt to Adopt!
