I am a very sweet older lady at 14 years old with a lot of spring in my step!!  I weigh in around 20 pounds. I love to go on walks.  I am working on getting my figure back after a lot if extra treats.  I have mastered the doggie door, and I like to spend time outside just playing in the grass.  I am crate trained and sleep all thru the night. I have a lab sister and two other doxies in my new house, we all get along just fine. I like  to run thru the house like I am running a race with my mom when we go outside or go for dinner.  I like to be a lap dog,  I prefer my dads lap best,  but I will sit next to you as well.  I have mastered the stairs and can get on my spot on the couch all by myself.  I am looking for a nice new family to help me stay healthy and young!!

Diamond Dachshund Rescue of Texas is a non-profit 501(c)(3) volunteer organization with focus on rescue and adoption of pure breed Dachshunds.  All dogs are fully vetted and housed on private property.  Meetings are scheduled upon adoption approval.  Thank you for your continued support to the rescue and shelter communities!  Opt to Adopt!
