Big hair! Neon! Leg warmers! Must be the 1980's all over again. Frankie Goes to Hollywood says "Relax!"

Frankie is a sweet little 4 year old black and tan who weighs just about 11lbs. He is a very playful and loving boy who wants to cuddle and kiss you all day long. He has energy to spare and isnt afraid to ask for playtime with his favorite toys. He can be a little vocal about things, but that's just his inner singer wanting you to know what's going on

Frankie is very shy when you first meet him, but once he warms up to you, he never wants to leave your side. He would prefer a home with older, considerate children and with only smaller dogs. He would also do well as an only dog where he can soak up all the attention for himself. He is crate trained but would rather have a space with you in the big bed. He's such a smart boy that he learned how to use the dog door in no time flat!

This boy has so much love to give, he just needs the right people to give it to.

Diamond Dachshund Rescue of Texas is a non-profit 501(c)(3) volunteer organization with focus on rescue and adoption of pure breed Dachshunds. All dogs are fully vetted and housed on private property. Meetings are scheduled upon adoption approval. Thank you for your continued support to the rescue and shelter communities! Opt to Adopt!
