Pepper is the most inquisitive of her siblings. She’s also the spiciest (which is how she gained the nickname Pepper)! She was the first to growl while playing with her siblings, she was the first to hop out of her whelping box and the first to venture outside and relieve herself in the grass! She loves to play with kids and toys, pounce on her sisters and brother and is generally a happy go lucky puppy. She is the most petite of the bunch with a slender, short body and longer legs.

Honey Pie is the momma of the dessert bunch. She is the size of a large standard dachshund at 23 lbs. She has a hound face, long body, longer than usual dachshund legs and a curly tail. Clearly a mix of many breeds, she is all heart and has done an amazing job raising her puppies with love.

Peppermint Patty is not available just yet. She will need another round of puppy shots first. If you would like to help this family, please consider sponsoring them.

Diamond Dachshund Rescue of Texas is a non-profit 501(c)(3) volunteer organization with focus on rescue and adoption of pure breed Dachshunds.
