Hi my name is Dawson, I love to play with squeaky toys, and chew on rawhides and play with my foster brother and sister.  I'm still getting use to walking on a leash and my foster mom is teaching me how to sit, wait and fetch.  I sure do enjoy learning new things:)!  I am house trained and being quiet when I am in my crate.  I would really enjoy having another young dog or some older kids to play with me.  I'm vocal and very active.  I'm uncomfortable around larger dogs, especially males.  I'm a very sweet little guy, always looking around the corner for a toy a ball or a buddy to play with.  I hope you will make me apart of your family so we can learn and have fun together!

Diamond Dachshund Rescue of Texas is a non-profit 501(c)(3) volunteer organization with focus on rescue and adoption of pure breed Dachshunds.  All dogs are fully vetted and housed on private property.  Meetings are scheduled upon adoption approval.  Thank you for your continued support to the rescue and shelter communities!  Opt to Adopt!
