Diana found herself hurt at a local shelter.  She came into our rescue and went to our vet right away.  She had a broken pelvis and needed surgery.  Despite her being so hurt and painful, she was very sweet.  Each day she gets better.  Her tail know wags all the time.  She has even been nose to nose with the foster dogs in her home and her tail is always wagging with them too.  Right now she is recovering so we will learn even more about her and she recovers.  She is a sweetheart though.

Diana has an injury that makes it hard for her to walk.  She has been seen by out vets but now she needs to see a specialist to see if anything can be done to help her injuries.  Diana had to have pelvic surgery today. She will be recovering for 8 weeks. Then she needs to be spayed and then she will need to start heartworm treatment since she is heartworm positive.  Poor girl has a long road ahead of her but will be feeling so much better. If you would like to help us help Diana by helping with the expenses, just click on the sponsorship button on the sponsorship page.
